We are thrilled to present the second newsletter of the CIVILHOOD project:

  • During the summer months of 2023, our consortium partners from Greece, Cyprus, Italy, Austria, and Slovenia organized comprehensive training sessions for Unaccompanied Minors (UAMs) and their dedicated trainers. Following a meticulously prepared curriculum, a significant number of UAMs and their trainers have been equipped with essential skills to address the unique challenges faced by Unaccompanied Minors.
  • On November 14, 2023, a round table in Brussels will address “Enhancing unaccompanied minors’ transition to early adulthood through civic education and labor market integration.” Representatives from all consortium partners will discuss the challenges of unaccompanied minor immigrants and their social integration with invited state institution representatives from consortium countries. The Civilhood project consortium will present policy recommendations aimed at facilitating the successful migration of foreign immigrants into the working and social environment in each country.
